PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

1. Returnable products

1.1. Products that cannot be returned:

1.1.1. Medicinal products;

1.1.2. Quality food products, including food supplements;

1.1.3. Quality perfumery, cosmetic, toiletry products;

1.1.4. Quality optical, measuring, control, medical or surgical instruments and apparatus;

1.1.5. All other quality products that have been used, damaged, whose packaging has been damaged, or due to other actions by the buyer have lost their commercial appearance, as well as incomplete products (e.g. missing user manual or warranty card, if it was issued, etc.);

1.1.6. Other products that the seller has the right to refuse to accept in accordance with applicable legislation.

1.2. Products are considered of good quality if their expiration date has not passed, they do not contain ingredients prohibited by law, their consistency or other essential properties have not changed due to improper storage conditions, they have not been mechanically damaged, their packaging is intact, and there are no other quality defects.

1.3. Products not listed among the non-returnable items may be returned. Products being returned must be undamaged, must not have lost their commercial appearance (manufacturer labels must not be damaged or removed, protective films must not be removed, etc.), and must not have been used. The product must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging, in the same completeness as it was sold. The purchase document must be provided, and if issued – the warranty card, user instructions, and other accessories. If the product is incomplete, damaged, untidy, or not properly packaged, the seller has the right to refuse to accept the product, not to exchange it, and not to refund the money paid for it.

2.Product return procedure:

2.2. When returning products purchased from the online store at www.COLOSTRUM.lt, please fill in the contract withdrawal form no later than within 14 days from the date of delivery (receipt) of the goods and send it by email to ina@diabetas24.lt or by post to the following address: Vėtrungių g. 21-11, LT-06313 Vilnius, together with the issued VAT invoice.

3.Refund

3.1. If the purchased goods were paid for via the electronic banking system or by advance bank transfer, the amount paid for the goods will be refunded within 14 days from the date of return of the goods to the payer’s specified bank account.
